Free Yoga Classes

True to our mission, we're happy to share info on free classes throughout the Bay Area:

Yoga Classes


Yoga Flow: Synchronize your mind, body, and breath in this active Vinyasa class. Aspiring Yoginis of all ages and abilities can go with the flow to calm your mind, tone your body, and increase your flexibility. Modifications will be introduced throughout.

  • NANDI YOGA (San Mateo): Saturdays, 3:30-4:30 pm (Beginning Level)
  • NANDI YOGA (San Mateo): Fridays, 9-10:15 am (All Levels)

Rocket Light: Based on the teachings of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, this 75-minute back-bending, spinal-twisting, uplifting sequence is a feel-good experience that opens the body and clears the mind. Break through areas of tension and energy blockage, to combat stagntion and resistance in the body. Frequent inversions and arm balances keep the energy level high and encourage students to connect with their inner power and change their world view.

  • NANDI YOGA (San Mateo): Tuesdays 5-6:15pm and Saturdays 4:45-6 pm (Level II)
