Free Yoga Classes From WIP*FIT

True to our mission,we offer and/or support tons of free fitness classes!
Here's our current schedule for yoga:

  • Every Wednesday evening from 6-7 pm at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Burlingame
    (Class is cancelled on March 30, 2008)

We're also happy to share info on other free classes throughout the Bay Area:

  • Every Sunday from 1-2:30 pm at Sports Basement, 1590 Bryant Street, San Francisco, CA

Personal Fitness Training

  • a free fitness consultation with a certified fitness professional
  • two personal training sessions during your first week to establish your fitness foundation, and learn how to how to safely and effectively implement your new program
  • an eight-week training program customized for you and your goals
  • weekly coaching conversations at the start of each week
  • one training session to be scheduled at your convenience during weeks two and three of your program
  • a final training session during week four to evaluate your progress
