Work In Progress Fitness™ is dedicated to making health and fitness accessible to all, regardless of ability or means. We offer free, beginning-level yoga classes in communities up and down the Peninsula and in San Francisco as well as reasonably priced, personalized, in-home yoga and fitness instruction.

We specialize in helping beginners, not athletes. We understand that fitness is complicated and perhaps even a bit scary or intimidating for many. Work In Progress Fitness is here to help you with easy to follow instructions and, most of all, we promise to keep it simple.

Fitness is a life-long journey, so we're all WIPs™ or works in progress. We won't judge you, so don't judge yourself.
